We are gearing up for another awesome Christmas season with the Bethlehem Experience, and would love to have help!
2026 Volunteer Opportunities:
Cast & Crew: Speaking Actor, Nonspeaking Actor, Marketplace, Baker, Synagogue, Potter, Curator, Guide, Assistant Guide, Costumes & Set Decoration
Front of House: Greeter, Check-in Assistant, Runner & Gift shop
Dates & Tour Times of Bethlehem (Tours start every 10 mins and last up to an hour)
Friday: 12/4 & 12/11 Tour Times: 5:30p-8:20p
Saturday: 12/5 & 12/12 Tour Times: 9:30a-11:20a, 12p-2p, 6:40p-8:20p
Sunday: 12/6 & 12/13 Tour Times: 1p-4:20p, 5p-7:30p
Saturday: 12/5 & 12/12 Tour Times: 9:30a-11:20a, 12p-2p, 6:40p-8:20p
Sunday: 12/6 & 12/13 Tour Times: 1p-4:20p, 5p-7:30p
What time commitment can I expect DURING Bethlehem?
CAST & FRONT OF HOUSE- spots require an approximate 2hr shift time, plus 30 mins on the front end to prep/get into costume (You can choose what shift(s) and day(s) that work for you closer to Dec)Will there be commitments PRIOR to Bethlehem? Yes- CAST/Production kick off lunch, Sun. Sept. 13th, and volunteers with lines will have a few rehearsals between Sept – Nov
