Join us as our LifeCare Director, Lorraine Haug, leads us through a practical and encouraging time designed to equip women with the tools, confidence, and compassion to care for others well. We’ll talk about listening, offering meaningful support, knowing what to say (and what not to say), and caring for ourselves along the way.
